First we had a phone talk for our requirements. As we didn’t know so much about the city she took the time to explain the different sectors of the city that would most fit our need.

During the house hunting trip, she planned a bunch of houses that reflected our criterion. She has a huge list of point of contact (I.e. contractors, deck etc) which is very valuable being new in a city. She suggested a home inspector (even booked to facilitate the transaction) and a lawyer.

She is fantastic real estate. We do highly recommend her services for purchasing a house in Kingston (Belleville areas).
